This land is located on the southwestern beach 'Ao Khao' on the island of Koh Mak, which was named by The Sunday Times newspaper in Oct 2006 as being one of 'The World's Top 20 Secret Beaches'.
The beach and the views here are as good or better than anywhere on the west coast of Koh Chang but the price per Rai is around 25% of the cost of similar beachfront land on Koh Chang.
The current owner had had the land for over 20 years but will only sell to buyers wanting to build an upmarket resort. The land runs from the road at the rear and slopes gently down to the shoreline. There are no large developments nearby other than a handful of small beachfront bungalow resorts which cater mainly to families.
